High Security Church Collection-Offering Bag
This bag style CCTB is simplistic in design but could be very helpful and productive in your collection/offering process. Instead of passing a plate, tray, basket or other collection device, this bag can EASILY be passed down an isle or row from person to person and the recipient (s) can just put in their collection envelope or drop bills and checks directly into the secure slot provided on the top edge of the bag. The slot is reinforced with hard plastic strips laminated into the slot, which would make tampering or bending very difficult! The bag has convenient strong handle/straps on each side end, which makes it easy to pass from one person to another, or the bag can be held from the top handles and passed along. The bag would remain locked and by shear design would clearly demonstrate the integrity and accountably of this entire process.
The slot provided is thoughtfully designed to allow bills, checks, or collection envelopes to fall inside with ease. The bag is lined inside and sewn and reinforced to make it stand upright.
Although the bag is intended to be locked throughout the collection process, the bag has our six pin high security lock which is most popular. The beauty and advantage of this style lock is that the key is NOT needed to lock the bag. The bag comes stock in gold 1350 ballistic nylon, which makes it attractive and has a nice feel, yet is EXTREMLEY RUGGED AND DURABLE. It can be made in fourteen other Cordura nylon colors for custom orders.
Bags can be embroidered or screen printed with the church name if desired. We can also sew on a framed widow on one side of the bag if that is needed to help identify different services from one another.
The bag measures approximately 15" wide - 10-1/2" high, 8" across top edge - slot measures 1/4" x 4". We have found that this bag is the perfect size for this operation. It cannot be too big and bulky but has to big and high enough to allow a fair amount of envelopes to drop inside.
View above shows bag in locked position, as it would be in the collection process as it were passed around amongst the congregation.
View to the right here shows bag unlocked where the authorized personal would open bag and retrieve the inner contents.
This view above shows collection envelope placed into slot. Of course this is purposely being held up and hanging part way out just for demonstration purposes. It would normaly drop down into bag when placed through this slot.

Below is a similar style bag in design with the exception of shape and locking system. This bag below is oval/round and has a zipper that opens at the top front edge of the bag and allows top access. The zippers are our DSPDL-1 "kissing sliders", which come together to form a loop where one can place a padlock or tamper resistant security seal. The drop slot is the same in size as the high security rectangular bags shown above. Bags can be made in various colors and different sizes if needed. PLEASE INQUIRE with special needs.
